New YouTube Digger Banner And Things!

by

Look, up there, yes, above you, see what that is? It’s a spunky new banner for YouTube Digger, and it’s a work of genius!

The 451 Press network has finally relented and let us design and post our own banners for our blogs. I’m sure you’ll agree it makes a welcome addition to the blog, and makes your friendly YouTube video blogger stand out from the crowd a wee bit. Ok, so I’m not exactly beating the YouTube blog for traffic quite yet, but I’m getting there slowly.

I didn’t have the talent of technical know-how to come up with such a graphical tour de force so I got the professionals in… otherwise known as my friend Han! She gets full credit for designing and making the new YouTube Digger banner, and also my thanks. She’s been a blogger for years and you can check her out at eruANNA.net. She’s also a great photographer and you can find her photography at apricot13.org. Don’t you just hate these multi-talented people?!

Ad now we come to a tagline for YouTube Digger. There was I, happy with my banner, until friends such as Paul at Toy Bender and Winnie at Watching The View started adding taglines to theirs, the big show offs. And now I want one, I’m jealous. So dear reader, I’m asking you for some suggestions. Make them funny, serious, disgusting or cheesy, I don’t mind, and the more the merrier. I have a few up my own sleeve, and when I’ve compiled them all, I’ll list them on here, and we can all have a vote for the best. That one WILL become the new tagline for YouTube Digger, so get thinking! Either leave me a comment with it in, or email me using the ‘Contact Me’ button over there.>>>

  1. Paul Says:

To be honest dave, the banner looks great without a slogan.

  2. Gillian Says:

I can’t think of a slogan. I’ll just sit and admire the beautiful banner for a bit then slink away quietly.

  3. DaveP Says:

Thanks Gillian, you do that… you still count as traffic, even though you are Australian ;)

Paul, you could be right you know….hmmmmm.

  4. Lynn Says:

Who needs a slogan with a great banner like that?

  5. Gillian Says:

Australians are traffic. I need to think about this one.

  6. DaveP Says:

Australians are traffic, I didn’t say they were good traffic now did I! ;)

  7. Margie Says:

I agree with the folks who vote for no slogan … the graphic says it all, and says it fabulously!

  8. DaveP Says:

Wow, another vote for no tagline… I’ll still do a vote, but just have 10 choices all of ‘No tagline’ ;)

    Thanks for comenting Margie :)
