Tadeo Jones is a fearless explorer who, with his father’s journal, explores a pyramid.

This animated spoof of Indiana Jones is highly enjoyable as it is the “serious adventurer” type of short with a bit of humor mixed in. (Pay attention to where he puts his hands on the statue in the beginning.)

I’m a big fan of the Indiana Jones movies, so I appreciate the humor in this.

Fetch. We all know the game and assume our dogs love it.

This is an animated short about a dog named Chester who would rather not play fetch. If he wants to get back to his nap, he needs to figure out a solution…

The animation in this video is simple, but well done. While I could have gone for a bit more in the graphics department, the story is funny enough to make up for it.

Enjoy. Oh, and make sure to watch all the way through it - even the credits. It’s worth it.

This animated video features a song that will easily get stuck in your head, some adult content, and a statement about the human influence on nature.

I love it. It takes you through being amused, to giggling a bit over some ‘naughty’ things, and just when you’re paying the most attention, BAM! It makes a statement you won’t quite forget. Yeah, you’ll probably go back and giggle a bit more over it, but it’s the ending that makes this video complete.

Since he was a baby, this man has been terrorized by the wind, making him develop a fear of it. However, when his dog is lost in a wind storm, he must face his fear and try to save his beloved dog.

I’ve always had a love for short films, and I like this one not only because the black and white colours and sketch animation work for this short, but because it has a lovely little message. Also the director doesn’t feel the need to beat you over the head with the message, which is nice.

I found this video while YouTube surfing and I fell in love with it.

Perhaps it’s because the simple drawing animation works well for the piece. Perhaps it’s because it’s funny. Perhaps it’s because it’s one of those tales that you can’t make up. You can exaggerate it a bit, but you have to have been through the original experience.

All of the above.

If you’ve ever thought you mother was annoying, doesn’t listen to you, and/or doesn’t trust you to take care of yourself even though you are an adult, you’ll like this short animation. It’s funny in a dry, sarcastic sort of way while also leaving us shaking our heads throughout because if the mother portrayed here isn’t your mother, than she’s the mother of someone you know.

I think this episode is funny on two levels - the obvious WoW humor and anyone who has had a tag-along in their life will know exactly how Bart is feeling.

If done well, dubbing over movies can be quite hilarious. Anyone who has seen Aladdin won’t be disappointed in this. I’m picky and could have used a little more voice differences by the end, but this made me laugh out loud quite a few times. Surprisingly enough, excessive use of the word “fsck� doesn’t take away from the humor of it.

I love any form of animation, from Anime to Disney, but I love these amateur stop motion style ones on YouTube more than any. They are hidden gems which you suddenly find and watch in awe of the skill. This is a particulary good one because of it’s use of the hand and pen to manipulate the animation.

Sarah Silverman recently laid in to Paris Hilton at the MTV Awards, the day before Paris went to jail for the first time. Now I know she’s been in and out, then in again since, but I’m sure she’s used to stuff going in and out all the time… I’ve seen the videos. Camel toes, ah, aren’t they great?! When you’re walking around in the summer, and see some high street honey wearing trousers just a little bit too tight, and there it is, behold the beauty of a camel toe. I can see you all sitting there either saying “ugh” or judging me as some sort of pervert. Well, I have news for you, camel toes are cool, and here’s a song to explain why…
